RoboRace

1. The robot dimensions must not exceed 30*30*30 cm.
2. No weight limit.
3. Track will be printed on pan flex with a white background and black lining of 3cm width.
4. There will be two rounds: one for qualifiers and then for winners (with extra difficulty) for each category.
5. Time and checkpoint-based independent round for both Lego and Arduino-based robots.
6. Each robot will attempt to complete the track in minimum time.
7. After a timed run has started, touching the robot will lead to disqualification.
8. Each team will be provided 5 minutes before their round for calibration of their sensors.
9. Each team will get a maximum of three tries after they have launched their robot on the track.
10. If your robot completes the track but you want to try again, then your last round will be considered for results. But if your robot leaves the track or doesn’t reach the finish line each time, then the best of three will be considered.
11. The verdict of the judges will be final.
12. Robots get points after completing multiple checkpoints.
13. There will be a proper rubric for assessment or points.
14. The winner will be decided by comparing both the time taken to complete the track and the points received.
15. Misbehaving with any participant or team member will not be tolerated and may lead to disqualification. Only genuine queries will be entertained.
16. Every participant should follow university rules.
